Yes, I've met this weeks objective. This week I improved my use of the keys QWERTY on alphatyping, improved my techniques in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint, and I improved my written comunication. I had a hard time increasing my speed, but I used alphatyping's suggestions and they helped me out a lot.
